Games Fees
Competitor Games Fee
$125 | $145 standard fee (from 3 September, 2020
Applies to all participants who will be competing in a sport. You will only pay the Competitor Games Fee once, regardless of how many sports you are competing in.
Fee includes:
- Option to compete in unlimited number of sports
- Access to Games Village and nightly entertainment
- Accreditation pass
- Sports bag
- Access to Sports Medicine
- Official Games handbook
Non Playing Official Games Fee
$90
This is for non playing participants including umpires, scorers, team managers, coaches and assistants and only relates to team sports. You will be linked to the team and eligible for medals but cannot compete in the sport.
Fee includes:
- Access to Games Village and nightly entertainment
- Accreditation pass
- Sports bag
- Access to Sports Medicine
- Official Games handbook
Supporter Games Fee
$85
Be a part of the Pan Pacific Masters Games experience without having to compete or officiate.
Fee includes:
- Access to Games Village and nightly entertainment
- Accreditation pass
- Sports bag
- Official Games handbook
- Please note: A Supporter Games Fee is not required to spectate at Games venues, except for:
1) Calisthenics, swimming and diving where a Supporters Accreditation or admission fee is required upon entry
2) Boxing where an admission fee is required upon entry (a Supporter pass is not sufficient to gain entry)
Sports Fees
Sports Fees are specific fees set by each sport to cover the costs of conducting their competition. Sports Fees are different for all sports.

Age eligibility
The minimum age requirement for the majority of sports is 30 years of age as a Competitor and 18 years of age as a Non Playing Official. Please check your sport page for more information as age restrictions vary depending on the sport.
If you wish to enter as a Non Playing Official and are under the age of 18 years, please email info@mi-casa.com.au.
Things you should know
- There are no refunds*
*‘Unless and to the extent that the Event Organiser is required to provide a refund or payment at law’. - All entries are to be completed via our online form. Please note entry deadlines for each sport.
- Payment must be made at the time of online registration with a credit/debit card (MasterCard and Visa only) or via Account2Account (select Australian banks). Payment processing fees apply to credit card transactions only (1.4%)
- You must collect your accreditation pass and Official Games handbook in person from one of the two Check In Centres during opening hours before competing in your sport. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements.
- Before entering, please read the sports information for your chosen sport/s so you are aware of the general sports details including sport fee, competition dates and entry requirements.

Check In Centre
Participants are required to check in at our Check In Centre and show photo ID to receive their accreditation pass validating their entry into the Games Village and sport venues. You will also collect your handbook, sports bag and participation gift.
Checking in days are between Thursday 5 and Friday 13 November at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach.
