Open Mic Night

Have a song or two? We’re offering participants the special opportunity to grace the Games Village stage on Tuesday 6 November from 7:30pm for an acoustic open mic night. Hosted by Gold Coast hockey player and regular Pan Pacific Masters Games athlete, Amy Little, the open mic night will provide artists a massive stage, crisp sound, professional lighting and a huge masters audience.

Social Trivia

Enjoy a fun game of social trivia on Wednesday 7 November from 6pm – 8pm at the Games Village. Enter a team of 2 – 6 people or as an individual for $5 per person when registrations open from 5:30pm. Great prizes to be won! Online registrations have closed. Limited tickets will be available at the door.



Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre

The Games Village is located at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) in Broadbeach. The GCCEC is Australia’s largest regional convention centre and is situated close to accommodation, shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and the beach and central to sport venues.

Cloak Room

Food and Beverages 570 x 380

Backpacks and large bags are not permitted in the Games Village during nightly entertainment. Participants are encouraged to use the cloak room charged at $2 per item. It will operate each night from 7pm until the conclusion of entertainment. The cloak room is attended and all caution is taken to secure the items however participants check in items at their own risk.


Opening & Closing Ceremonies Transport


Saturday 3 and Saturday 10 November

The G:link and Surfside buses will be free of charge for all accredited participants traveling to and from the opening and closing ceremonies (doors open 7:30pm). Display your accreditation pass when boarding.

Opening Ceremony Free Transport: Saturday 3 November (2pm – 2am)

Closing Ceremony Free Transport: Saturday 10 November (2pm – 2am)

The last free service G:link service departs at 2am and last free Surfside bus departs at 1:30am from Broadbeach. After 2am, services are available at standard fare rates.
