All competitors, non-playing officials and supporters will receive an accreditation pass and lanyard when checking in to one of our two Check In Centres. Your accreditation pass is required to sign in at your sport venue before playing and to gain access to nightly entertainment at the Games Village.
Medals will be awarded to teams and individuals who have competed in a final and finished first, second or third in their division.
Results will be uploaded to each sport page daily at and can be viewed at the Games Information Booth.
In the case of wet weather, sports will adjust draws and matches according to their respective rules and regulations. Follow us on Facebook and visit the website for live updates on scheduling and draw changes.
Personal injury insurance is not included in the Games Fee. As per the signed Participation Agreement, all participants should organise appropriate insurance relative to their sport and individual circumstances.
Each non-Queensland resident that uses the Queensland Ambulance Service during the event will be invoiced for the service. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are covered for this expense via their own state’s ambulance membership, private health insurance or travel insurance.
